What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in product assembly
• Basic math and reading skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, move, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

What You’ll Do as an Assembler

• Ensure products are assembled according to rigid tolerance requirements
• Check the Customer Specification Sheet (CCS) to determine the required assembly, exterior finish requested, and other unique options
• Examine connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies per customer order specifications
• Resolve assembly and packing issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Determine operation sequences and methods when none are available
• Report all issues with products or machinery to supervisors
• Perform spot checks to ensure quality
• Run automated machinery to assemble conduit whips
• Meet daily production quotas
• Identify problems with machines and processes, reporting to maintenance for repair
• Insert fittings into the conduit, preloading the machine each production cycle
• Perform other tasks as assigned
