- $15.00 per hour | 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Rotating 2/2/3 schedule,
- $16.00 per hour | 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM | Rotating 2/2/3 schedule

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in product assembly
- Basic math and reading skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, move, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
What You’ll Do as an Assembler
- Ensure products are assembled according to rigid tolerance requirements
- Check the Customer Specification Sheet (CCS) to determine the required assembly, exterior finish requested, and other unique options
- Examine connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies per customer order specifications
- Resolve assembly and packing issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Determine operation sequences and methods when none are available
- Report all issues with products or machinery to supervisors
- Perform spot checks to ensure quality
- Run automated machinery to assemble conduit whips
- Meet daily production quotas
- Identify problems with machines and processes, reporting to maintenance for repair
- Insert fittings into the conduit, preloading the machine each production cycle
- Perform other tasks as assigned
