🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact wrenches, rivet guns).

• Follow detailed mechanical instructions, blueprints, and schematics with precision.

• Align and position parts using measuring devices or templates.

• Operate hoists/cranes and forklifts to move large parts (training provided).

• Support the paint department as needed (e.g., washing, sanding, storing parts).

• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience using mechanical hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, impact drills, wire strippers).

• Ability to read and interpret complex instructions, diagrams, or schematics.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity for small part assembly.

• Comfortable lifting, aligning, and positioning heavy components.

• Willingness to complete safety and equipment operation training (hoists, forklifts).

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
