We are currently hiring for a Temp to Hire Maintenance Technician in Ashland MA

What will you be responsible for as a Maintenance Technician?

• General repairs to apartments and common areas of buildings and grounds

• Prepare vacant apartments, trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving furniture and/or appliances

• This includes turn projects (fixing up apartments after residents leave prior to new tenants moving in)

Who qualifies for the Maintenance Technician role?

• Candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of hands on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating/cooling systems

• Candidates with heat pump experience is a plus

• Candidates who are able to climb ladders and stairs, candidates who can walk between buildings and have good manual dexterity

How much will you earn as a Maintenance Technician?

• Starting pay is between $17-26 per hour, based on experience

• Get paid weekly!

• This position has the following requirements:

• hands-on experience within basic plumbing

Physical requirements include:

• being able to lift 50 lbs.

• climb ladders and stairs

• walk between buildings

• have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Must be able to communicate in English

Applicant will also be required to complete a drug and background screening.

CFC/EPA certification preferred.

What hours will you work as the Maintenance Technician?

• Monday - Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Hours are day time hours but flexibility is required based on residential and emergency needs
