Description

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at InterSolutions, you play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment communities are well-maintained and comfortable for our residents. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks including performing repairs, conducting routine maintenance checks, and addressing maintenance requests from residents. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC Certification is a plus
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as required

Nice to Have

• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems
• Familiarity with property management software
• Customer service experience in a residential setting
