As an Apartment Maintenance Tech at BGSF, you will play a vital role in ensuring our apartment community remains a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing repairs, maintaining equipment, and addressing tenant requests promptly and efficiently. You'll be on the move, working alongside your team to keep our facilities in top shape and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Ownership of a basic set of hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc.).
• Ability to lift weights ranging from 40 to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach towards co-workers and residents.

• Experience with power tools is a plus!
