🏢 Job Title: Administrative Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Location: Boston, MA (in-person)

Sparks Group has partnered with a well-known apartment rental agency in the Boston area to hire a Administrative Assistant on a six-month contract. You’ll serve as the key administrative liaison supporting maintenance operations across multiple communities. We’re looking for someone with strong administrative skills, comfort in fast-paced environments, and familiarity with systems like Workday.

📌 Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks for multiple property communities

  • Support maintenance and office functions (work orders, vendor coordination)

  • Process invoices, validate purchase requests, and use Workday for tracking

  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Community Managers, vendors, and maintenance staff

  • Handle additional administrative assignments as needed

✅ Qualifications / Background Profile

  • 1–2 years experience in multi-family housing, property management, or related field (preferred)

  • Experience with Workday or a similar enterprise system

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Pass a background check prior to start

This is an in-office / in-person role in the Boston area.
