Executive Assistant
Our client, a prestigious art advisory firm based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite administrative support for the art advisory firm
- Manage extensive paper filing and digital document organization
- Organize and maintain image files sourced from galleries and vendors
- Create and edit documents in Microsoft Word
- Develop and update basic Excel spreadsheets
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat for file manipulation and editing
- Preferred familiarity with basic Photoshop tasks such as cropping and light adjustments
- Compose and refine both internal and external email communications using Outlook
- Efficiently type and transcribe emails from verbal instructions
- Assist with shipping arrangements, packaging, and tracking documentation
- Support day-to-day office operations and general administrative duties
- Work daily in a quiet, focused two-story office environment (stairs access required)
- Collaborate with a small team comprising the Owner, Operations Manager, and Billing staff
- Non-client-facing role
Qualifications for Executive Assistant:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat beyond basic PDF viewing
- Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, clarity, and formatting
- Ability to type proficiently without constant supervision
- Comfortable translating verbal instructions into polished written communication
- Professional, calm demeanor with effective communication abilities
- Adept at working in a direct communication environment
- Able to work onsite Monday to Friday without issues
- Comfortable with repetitive filing tasks and quiet work settings
- Capable of navigating stairs daily in a two-story office
