Accounts Payable Clerk

We are on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Clerk who is:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage high volumes of transactions with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify invoices and check requests for accuracy and proper approval

Enter invoices into the accounting system and match with purchase orders/receipts

Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors

Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and contact information

Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

1+ year of accounts payable or general accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills
