Our client based in Lewisville, Texas has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 3-4 month contract assignment.

Company Profile:
Our client is a reputable construction company known for its collaborative work environment and commitment to delivering top-quality services.

Accounts Payable Clerk Role:

• Support daily operations of the accounting department during this crucial period.
• Report directly to the Assistant Controller.
• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and accurately record incoming invoices.
• Enter 1,000+ invoices monthly with meticulous documentation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and team members to promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets and Tremble Viewpoint Spectrum ERP system for tasks.
• Efficiently handle high-volume data entry tasks with precision.
• Identify and locate job numbers in invoices and project files.

Accounts Payable Clerk Background:

• Preferred 2+ years of Accounts Payable or similar accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry with high accuracy and speed.
• Comfortable managing large volumes of invoices and repetitive duties.
• Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
