Accountant (Level III)

Hybrid Role: 3 office days/ 2 Remote days- M-F
Hours Flexible start/end time: 7:30-8:30 start; 4-5 end based on start time
No OT expected
Required Skills:
- 2-3 Years of account experience
- Excel Advance User
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Verbal/ Written Communication
Preferred:
- Bachelor Degree- Accounting focused
2 openings different teams:
Team 1: This role will involve client interaction mainly via email communication.
-Review client documentation
-Create amortization schedules
-Prepare payoff quote to the customer/vendor
-Enter information into System of record
-Assisting with providing Payoff quotes to clients/vendors
-Assisting with terminations, renewals, and system maintenance.
Team 2: More Data Entry driven role
-Process termination of account on the system of record
-Performs maintenance on current portfolio, as needed
-Enter information into System of record
-Assisting the team with processing terminations, renewals, and system maintenance
Specific industry term(s) useful for the search: Leasing and Equipment Finance
Accurate and timely processing of customer's inquiries for a payoff quote. Review documentation to ensure customer has met all the necessary requirements for a payoff and that all applicable charges are presented to the customer. Communicates with customers to understand the reason for the payoff. Works closely with other LOB's within Leasing should any issues arise. Processes the termination of accounts on the system of record. Performs maintenance on current portfolio, as needed. Completes various projects assigned by the manager.
