Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to our clients and evaluate the client’s business challenges providing advice on how those clients can better use the products they have purchased.
• Make recommendations for other Haley Marketing products and services to address those challenges.
• Work closely with the Director of Account Management, Support, Project Managers, Sales, and Digital Marketing team to execute a coordinated effort for client communication and retention.
• De-escalate client situations by finding a resolution that meets our Rule of 3’s (is it good for the client, Haley Marketing, and the team?)

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting, account management or sales experience consistently meeting sales quotas
• Experience in the staffing industry
• Comfortable talking with people of all levels – front line staffing to CEO 
• Strong writing and speaking skills with an ability to convey ideas in a direct, tactful, and persuasive manner 
• Marketing knowledge a plus
• While we are a remote first company we currently only hire in the following states: GA, IL, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, and TN.
