Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to our clients and evaluate the client’s business challenges providing advice on how those clients can better use the products they have purchased.
Make recommendations for other Haley Marketing products and services to address those challenges.
Work closely with the Director of Account Management, Support, Project Managers, Sales, and Digital Marketing team to execute a coordinated effort for client communication and retention.
De-escalate client situations by finding a resolution that meets our Rule of 3’s (is it good for the client, Haley Marketing, and the team?)

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting, account management or sales experience consistently meeting sales quotas
Experience in the staffing industry
Comfortable talking with people of all levels – front line staffing to CEO
Strong writing and speaking skills with an ability to convey ideas in a direct, tactful, and persuasive manner
Marketing knowledge a plus
While we are a remote first company we currently only hire in the following states: GA, IL, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, and TN.
