ACA Insurance Sales Agent
We are looking for a licensed and FFM-certified ACA Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is a high-opportunity position where all leads are inbound, allowing you to focus on guiding clients and closing enrollments without cold calling. You will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans and choose coverage that fits their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to 100% inbound leads—no cold calling.
Assist clients in enrolling in ACA-compliant health insurance plans through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM).
Explain plan benefits, coverage details, subsidies, and eligibility criteria clearly.
Maintain compliance with CMS, FFM, and state regulations at all times.
Manage client information in CRM systems and follow up as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and retention targets.
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License in your state(s) of operation.
FFM Certification (current and valid).
Minimum 1 year of ACA sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume inbound call environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM and online enrollment tools.
