About the Role

We are seeking Licensed ACA Insurance Agents to join our onsite team in Sunrise, FL. This is a high-energy, client-focused role where you will handle incoming leads, guide customers through ACA health insurance options, and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming ACA leads and provide professional consultation.

Assist clients in selecting the best health insurance plans that meet their needs.

Ensure compliance with ACA regulations and company policies.

Achieve a minimum of 10 successful deals per week.

Accurately document and process client information.

Work collaboratively with the onsite team to meet sales goals.

Requirements

Active health insurance license valid in at least 5 states.

Strong knowledge of ACA (Affordable Care Act) policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Onsite availability in Doral, FL.

Compensation & Schedule

Base Pay: $25/hour

Commission: $5 per closed deal

Hours: 45–65 hours per week

Schedule: 5–6 days per week (onsite)
