Manpower is hiring a 2nd shift welders for one of our top clients in North Milwaukee (73rd & Calumet). Pay based on experience $19-$22/ hour.

Responsibilities:
- Performs set-up and welding on a variety of weldments and structures following written “job instructions” or standardized methods and procedures utilizing fixtures and jigs.
- Set up, operate, adjust, and regulate welding machines to produce high quality weldments and blades for the company’s lines of commercial snow and ice control products.
- Perform designated maintenance functions, assumes ownership for quality of weldments, participates in training, performs daily 6S activities, and maintains safety standards.
- Maintains good housekeeping and 6S.
- Produce quality welded components to daily production requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of welding experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Welding Technology Degree or Welding Technical Diploma desirable.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to read blueprints are required.
- Robotic welding experience is highly desirable.
