Our client, a leading Machining and Metal Treatment company, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
This position runs every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday from 6:00am-6:00pm -Work 36hrs, get paid for 40!

Job Title: Machinist

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Exhibit and enforce a culture where safety is the priority!
• Operate CNC machining equipment on 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Achieve productivity standards and produce quality parts according to customer specifications.
• Complete all required production paperwork, records, and documentation.
• Participate actively in driving the 5S culture and standards.

What's Needed?

• Previous CNC experience - preferably 3 years experience or more  
• Ability to demonstrate safe behaviors and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Willingness to cover breaks and assist with chip dumping and coolant additions.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
