AdeptHR is Hiring a Warehouse Generalist!

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Generalist to join our inventory control team in Roseville, CA. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory, investigating discrepancies, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. You'll work closely with the Inventory Control Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and deployment teams.

This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to expand your skills in inventory systems, equipment handling, and cycle counting.

$21/hour | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday to Friday with Overtime Potential

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular and ad hoc cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate inventory overages/shortages and validate variances from PO receipts
• Update and verify bin labels, product dimensions, sizes, and weights
• Conduct aisle sweeps to confirm location status and identify any misplaced or damaged items
• Assist with damage review and product recouping
• Slot new items as directed
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Accurately record data using RF guns, PCs, and data terminals
• Support cross-functional teams and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
• Uphold all safety standards and company conduct policies

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Comfortable recording detailed inventory measurements (number, size, weight)
• Ability to complete forklift certification training
• Familiarity with RF gun, basic PC use, and data terminal equipment
• Commitment to adhering to safety standards and conduct policies

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with cycle counting
• Experience using SAP for inventory management
• Previous forklift operation experience
