Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team ensuring that operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Scott City, MO

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Ensure accurate and timely inventory receipts to support production needs.
• Utilize the inventory system to pick parts for jobs and deliver sideline parts and supplies.
• Maintain sideline inventory to enable production to meet its goals.
• Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory-related activities.
• Perform timely cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and eliminate out-of-stocks.

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn inventory control activities and associated ERP transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, pack, or ship in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to attain forklift certification and operate equipment safely and effectively.
