We are seeking a Director of Dining Services to join our team! We are a large, luxury Senior Living community seeking a leader for our dining services to uphold our core values while leading and developing their team.

DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day dining services operations
Lead the onboarding and mentorship of new staff
Assist the community leadership in meeting financial goals
Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
Foster a positive work environment

DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of foodservice leadership experience in an upscale setting
Background in safety and sanitation compliance
Professional communication skills
Passion for a high level of customer service

DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES BENEFITS:

Competitive starting salary between $85,000 - $100,000
