Position Title: Tool & Die Maker – 2nd or 3rd Shift

Wage: $27.00 - $35.00/hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd

Hours: 3:00pm – 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am

QPS is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker who is looking to work on 2nd or 3rd shift, working for an established industry leader in Beaver Dam, WI that prides itself in being a company where employees can learn, grow, advance and make a difference. Tool & Die Maker Responsibilities:
- Read and follow written work instructions and tool drawings
- Fabricate and/or repair tools, fixtures and machine parts
- Manufacture quality products to meet customer requirements
- Perform set-ups and operate machine tools such as lathes, standard and CNC mills and EDM’s, grinders, hones, saws, CAD/CAM
- Maintain a continuous material flow throughout the Tool & Die Process
- Design and fabricate simple or complex jigs and fixtures

Requirements for Tool & Die Maker:
- Journeyman Card through State of Wisconsin preferred
- Ability to proficiently use precise measuring equipment and gauges and work to extremely close tolerances
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and capable of moving up to 80lbs
