Join the team at Bent Creek Golf Village and become the heart of exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Tech I technician. In this role, you will do the following tasks to the highest standards:

What will I be doing?

  • Ability to climb stairs, inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair. To include conducting daily building rounds, assessment of all areas of all buildings. 
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job.
  • Climb ladders up to 40 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead.
  • Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
  • May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.

Job details:

Temporary Assignment- Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without accommodations.
