Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry, is seeking a Solderer/Assembler to join their team. As a Solderer/Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Solderer/Assembler

Location: Brooksville, FL

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Component Assembly: Assemble various components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, instructions, and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Documentation: Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, time taken, and any issues encountered during assembly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other assembly operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.

  • Manual Dexterity: High level of precision and control in using hands and fingers to manipulate small components and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to identify defects, discrepancies, and ensure assembled products meet exact specifications.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing time and tasks to meet production deadlines and targets.
