Our client, a leading service provider in the technology sector, is seeking a Service Operations Technician 3 to join their team. As a Service Operations Technician 3, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Operations Technician 3

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA

Pay: $28/hr
Working Shift: M-F; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Interpret schematics and diagrams to perform component-level diagnostics.
• Use tools such as digital multimeters, oscilloscope and specialized software for testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes.
• Document service issues and resolutions for future reference.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in a technical support or operations role.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with relevant technical certifications (100003, 100004, 100006).
