As a Senior Maintenance Technician at Percy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Your day will typically involve performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and assisting with building upkeep. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting maintenance issues and ensuring the comfort of our workspaces. In addition, you'll need to be ready to respond to on-call situations every other weekend, ensuring our operations are always supported!

Starting hourly rate of $30 - $35, depending on experience!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on residential or commercial properties
• Troubleshoot issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail
• Communicate with tenants, property managers, or clients as needed
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance, handyman services, or contracting work
• Comfortable and knowledgeable in basic building maintenance tasks
• Availability to be on-call every other weekend
• Active driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Certification in maintenance or related fields
