About the Role

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for residential HVAC installation, service, and maintenance. You’ll work directly with customers to ensure systems are running safely, efficiently, and reliably while upholding the high standards of One Hour Magic.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential HVAC installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose system issues accurately and recommend solutions
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation
• Follow safety, environmental, and company standards
• Travel to customer sites in the Charleston area
• Participate in training and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC technician experience
• Experience working directly with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Consent to a lifetime background check and drug screening
