Are you an experienced digital marketing professional ready to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth? WISE Digital Partners is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our remote team and play a key role in delivering top-tier digital marketing solutions for our clients across various industries.
💼 Position Overview
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term growth. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and your portfolio of 10–15 clients to deliver SEO, PPC, and digital solutions that help small-to-midsize businesses thrive.
- Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000/year
(Includes performance-based commissions and bonuses)
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Manage 10–15 client accounts across local, regional, and national levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital strategy, SEO, PPC, and website-related services.
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, identifying growth opportunities and delivering value through upsells.
- Participate in training, job shadowing, and team knowledge sharing to stay sharp on industry trends and tools.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication and act as the central point of contact for client success.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of account management experience in digital marketing or related services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience working in any of the following industries is a plus:
- Professional Services (legal, accounting, financial)
- Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, restoration)
- SaaS or eCommerce
- Proven ability to sell or upsell digital products and services.
- Comfortable managing your own schedule independently while collaborating within a remote team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player who knows how to ask for help and orchestrate successful outcomes for clients.
