As a Security Guard at Paladin Security, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security for our clients and their properties.

Your typical day may include patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to incidents or emergencies. You will interact with clients and the public, ensuring a visible security presence while providing excellent customer service. Your goal is to create a secure environment and effectively handle any situations that arise.

Requirements

Must Have Criteria:

• Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
• At least 1 year of security experience.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience in teaching or training others.
• Experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Lead.
