As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you’ll build lasting relationships, guide customers through the sales process, and create a welcoming showroom experience. Strong interpersonal, phone, and computer skills are essential, along with sales experience (motorcycle sales preferred) and a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement or the ability to obtain one through our new rider motorcycle training program. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities – Motorcycle Sales Associate/Fit Specialist:

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment
• Provide guests with top notch customer service
• Build rapport to understand customer needs and preferences
• Demonstrate Harley-Davidson motorcycles through demonstration rides and highlight key features and benefits
• Adhere to established sales processes and dealership procedures
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and insurance options, ensuring that the motorcycle is the right “fit” for the customer
• Stay up to date on Harley-Davidson required monthly training, new motorcycle and industry products, promotions, and events
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Make productive phone calls and efficiently schedule daily appointments
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

 Qualifications – Motorcycle Sales Associate/Fit Specialist:

• Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed
• Great sales, communication, and customer service skills
• 1+ year(s) Sales Experience is preferred!
• Motorcycle experience is preferred
• Self-motivated – we look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
• Solid computer and social media skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license with Motorcycle endorsement OR the ability to obtain one through our motorcycle training program is required

• Have a passion and interest in motorcycles

• Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable moving/learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson motorcycles
