Our client in Franklin MA  is seeking an Assembly/Production operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Manufacturing with Assembly experience. 
 
Job Title: Production Operator 
Location: Franklin MA

Schedule and pay rate:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday from 6:45am-3:15pm at $19
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday from 2:45pm-11:15pm at $20.90
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday from 10:45pm-7:15am at $21.85

• Expertise in using various hand and power tools.
• Basic to advanced understanding of computer systems.
• Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
• Precision in performing tasks and measurements.
• Working well with team members to achieve common goals.
• Ensuring correct hardware is being use
• Installing material correctly

What’s Needed?

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow custom assembly instructions
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to report to work on time daily
• Ability to work in different assembly areas as needed
