 Job Title: Plumber  Residential / Commercial Plumber About the Role: Mid to Sr career  Plumber (preferred), who likes working in a residential or commercial environment with occasional light commercial work needed. This is a Plumber position, perfect for someone who is looking to grow and work in a stable  company with growth opportunities in Hancock.  This is a full-time position with options for overtime  A mid career level role with an opportunity for growth & advancement Pay Rate up to $40/hr based on experience and licensing Responsibilities:  Seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in servicing, repairing, and installing commercial and residential plumbing systems. Ideally, candidates will possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License, but experienced candidates with a Trainee Plumber License will also be considered. We value reliable, dependable workers with an attention to detail and a commitment to long-term career growth in the plumbing trade. Professionalism and interpersonal skills are essential for working with customers, vendors, and other contractors in an ethical and respectful manner. Candidates should be able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and collaborate within a diverse team is highly valued. Requirements Requirements: Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, prioritizing existing infrastructure. Install and maintain water supply systems, including locating and repairing issues such as leaks. Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, and faucets. Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, back up systems, hose bibbs, etc. Install waste disposal and sanitary systems, ensuring well-functioning DWV systems. Service plumbing, drains, evaporative coolers, and sprinkler equipment. Perform pipe fitting, routing, and high-quality work up to state and company code standards. Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service. Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 75 lbs. Preferred qualifications include 608 Gas fitters license, Journeyman Plumbers license, and low voltage electrical wiring skills. Must have hand tools and a clean driving record.
