Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of lunchable products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate

Location: Avon, NY

Pay Range: $17.51-18.26

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift options

What's the Job?

• Assembly of lunchable products into each compartment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Assist in quality control checks of products

What's Needed?

• Willingness to undergo a drug screening (excluding marijuana) and background check
• Ability to acquire steel toe work shoes
• Comfortable working in a colder environment and able to supply warm clothing
• Flexibility to work mandated overtime including weekends as needed
• High school diploma or GED required
