Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Bilingual Spanish)

💰 $25 – $27/hour
🕒 Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Full-time | Exempt

About the Role
AdeptHR is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations for our 2nd shift. In this role, you will direct production processes, ensure compliance with standards, and manage schedules, staff, and quality control. You’ll also work to identify and solve production issues, oversee facility and equipment maintenance, and lead special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage production operations for the 2nd shift
• Plan and maintain production schedules
• Measure and track performance against established standards
• Resolve production-related issues impacting schedules, staff, quality, and workflow
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance
• Supervise and support production staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• GED or higher
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred
