Evansville Harley-Davidson is looking for a full-time Delivery Coordinator to manage and elevate the motorcycle delivery process. In this role, you’ll ensure that each new owner receives their bike with care, professionalism, and excitement. You’ll ensure every motorcycle delivery goes off without a hitch, follow up with customers to keep them coming back, and help showcase our bikes online.

Responsibilities - Delivery Coordinator:
- Ensure world class delivery of all new and used motorcycles purchased at Evansville Harley-Davidson
- Know and understand specs, functions and capabilities of all Harley-Davidson motorcycles
- Work with all departments at Evansville Harley-Davidson to fulfill customer expectations at time of delivery
- Be highly organized and always plan ahead
- Work with the General Sales Manager on what motorcycles need to be pictured so our website stays 100% up to date
- Follow up with all customers that purchased a new or used Harley-Davidson within 10 days of delivery to review CXI/Survey
- Follow up with all custome5rs that have brought their bike in for service
- Understand all events and offer to inform the customer
- Manage, plan, and execute welcome to the Family for our new family members
- Understand our referral program and how it works
- Stay on top of everything motorcycle related to our business
- Develop processes to ensure we can fulfill promises
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or general manager
Qualifications - Delivery Coordinator:
- Must have valid motorcycle endorsement
- Ability to get along with broad customer base
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated 'closing skills'
- Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership.
- Proficiency in social media, Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability to take customers on demo rides
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
- Comfortable with the ability to move and push 800+ pound motorcycles
- Job requires standing majority of the day
- Valid driver's license
- Motorcycle endorsement a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or the motorcycle/automotive industry is helpful, but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screening
