As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range: $47,548 - $50,190

What's the Job?

• Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Manage spare parts inventory.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
