Maintenance Technician
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

What's the Job?
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on fabrication and enamel equipment to minimize downtime.
- Support installation and relocation of new and existing equipment, including all utility hookups.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities, defining scope and identifying necessary parts and supplies.
- Complete work orders and associated documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct basic building upkeep and maintenance of facility equipment, including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma with strong written and oral communication skills.
- 3 or more years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing facility.
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited trade school preferred.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and multimeters/megohmmeter.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.
