Our client is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the overall productivity of the manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire)

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $32.65/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform work in a safe manner following all EH&S procedures and reporting EH&S concerns.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Work on new equipment and facility projects, including creative design work and new installations under the supervision of plant engineering.
• Maintain the efficient operation of the manufacturing equipment and ensure the plant equipment, building, and grounds are in good working order.

What's Needed?

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and regulations when handling hazardous waste.
• Experience in performing preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to EH&S procedures.
• Willingness to support corporate initiatives that improve overall business performance.
