Our client, a dynamic organization in the facilities and operations sector, is seeking a Maintenance Building Assistant to join their team for a short assignment (2 months). As a Maintenance Building Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle physical tasks effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Building Assistant

Location: Concord, MA

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7:30AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-4:30PM

Pay Rate: $25 Hr.

What's the Job?

• Carefully load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off of moving trucks.
• Move belongings from one location to another efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient moving process.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Support various operational tasks as needed within the facilities environment.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a facilities or operations environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects safely.
• Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with others.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task completion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
