Jacketing Line Helper – Day Shift
Claremont, NC | $17/hr starting | 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating Schedule

Join a leading cable manufacturer as a Jacketing Line Helper and get your foot in the door with a company known for safety, stability, and career growth. This entry-level role supports the production team responsible for applying the protective outer layer to fiber optic cable.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist machine operators on the jacketing line
• Load and unload cable reels and materials
• Help monitor the line to ensure smooth, continuous operation
• Perform general labor tasks like cleaning, organizing, and staging materials
• Follow all safety guidelines and communicate with your team throughout the shift

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotating Schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next – every other weekend off

What You Need to Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable attendance and a strong work history
• Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• A willingness to learn and a strong team mindset
