Our client, Machine Operator is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to punctuality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.45 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, and inspecting products under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA regulations, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Effectively collaborate in a team setting to support team goals and objectives.
• Follow standard operating procedures and make effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols, including wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret specifications in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mandatory overtime on weekends and holidays as needed.
