1st shift: Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:45PM + possible overtime 

Location: Dunnville, KY

Job Summary: Weld products according to prints, work instructions and standards using jigs/fixtures or robot.

• Lay out parts in jig using tape measure, clamps and square.
• Tack weld parts together in such a way that tacks will be welded over, and no tacks show in finish process.
• Weld with a Mig and or Pulse welder or robot
• Work safely with all handheld and electric tools.
• Follow work and weld instructions.
• Recognize when a part does not fit properly in a jig or does not align with adjoining parts visually.
• Use an overhead crane or hoist safely 8. Conceptualize finished products prior to completion.
• Properly assemble parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

What your background should look like:

• Minimum 12 months relevant MIG welding experience
• SIGNIFICANT Experience in aluminum MIG welding required. 
• Metallurgy knowledge
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and basic Math
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Experience on forklift and powered industrial equipment, a plus
• Apprenticeship, vocational training, and/or certification, a plus
• Robotic welding experience in manufacturing, construction or Factory, a plus
