Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Residential Remodeling Architect with a strong background in single-family new construction and residential remodeling (both interior and exterior). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with our construction team, and ensuring the highest level of design and construction quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in single-family new construction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling, encompassing both interior and exterior projects.
• Proven ability to manage residential projects of various scales and complexities.
• Architectural licensure in the state of [State Name] is required.
• AIA (American Institute of Architects) membership is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, needs, and constraints.
• Create innovative and functional design concepts for residential remodeling projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Oversee and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
