One of Florida's busiest sports bars is growing and looking for a strong Kitchen Manager. We want candidates who can handle and enjoy working in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment and who have a strong passion for the hospitality industry! We are growing and want strong players on our team.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Train, develop, and motivate their team
- Control costs and achieve financial results
- Set a high standard for health codes and inspections
- Ensure the quality of food, recipes, and procedures
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in the kitchen with a full-service concept
- High sales volume experience of $4+ million
- Steady tenure
