Our client, a leading manufacturer in the assembly industry, is seeking an Interior Assembly to join their team. As an Interior Assembly, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Measure, cut, and install turf and rubber components.
• Assemble parts according to special instructions, routings, and blueprints.
• Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws, completing nonconforming material reports as necessary.
• Utilize air, power, and hand tools to drill holes and attach components.
• Maintain a clean and organized assembly department, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, drawings, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in accurately reading a tape measure.
• Experience operating basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
