Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3 Shifts Available
📍 Location: Kirkwood, MO
💵 Pay Rate: $35.00/hour
🕒 Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (1 contractor per shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations across all three shifts. This contract role involves a mix of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance work, along with general facility upkeep. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of machinery and systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
🔧 Electrical
Work with wiring, motor controls, sensors, actuators, and mechanical components

Troubleshoot control problems and VFDs

Interpret electrical prints and modify PLC logic to control machine operations

Install conduit and pull wire

🛠️ Mechanical
Read mechanical drawings and assembly prints

Perform repairs on gearboxes, conveyors, mechanical drive systems, and punch presses

Replace brakes and clutches

⚙️ Troubleshooting & Repair
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in electrical and mechanical systems

Identify and replace/repair faulty components

💧 Hydraulic
Read hydraulic schematics and understand system operations

Troubleshoot and replace components

💨 Pneumatics
Read pneumatic schematics

Troubleshoot pneumatic system issues

🏗️ General Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust)

Welding, fabrication, basic plumbing, painting, HVAC (limited)

Calibration and testing of equipment

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts records

Follow all safety protocols

Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems)

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

Experience with PLCs and VFDs preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills

Safety-conscious and reliable
