Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 10+ years of Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Own standard set of tools
• Own Pickup Truck/SUV/Van
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
