Bayside Harley-Davidson needs to hire a Parts Associate to assist retail customers in selecting and purchasing Motorcycle Parts & Accessories, order parts, stock inventory, and more. Good communication and telephone manners are necessary.

Responsibilities – Motorcycle Parts Associate:

• Help retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories
• Order and stock parts and accessories into inventory
• Obtain parts for repair Technicians 
• Answer requests for parts information
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
• Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders.
• Attractively display merchandise
• Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves,
  bins, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Motorcycle Parts Associate:

• Saturday availability is required
• Parts experience is required preferably motorcycle experience
• Valid driver’s license is required - Motorcycle Endorsement preferred but not required!
• Good telephone manners and computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
