As an HVAC Dispatch Technician at Advantage Refrigeration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and efficient service.

Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming service calls, scheduling technician appointments, and providing support to our HVAC team. A typical day involves communicating with customers, coordinating with field technicians, and solving any scheduling challenges that arise. You will be the friendly voice that assures our customers that their HVAC needs are in great hands!

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch or customer service specifically within the HVAC industry
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn dispatch software quickly
• A calm and friendly speaking voice, even in busy situations

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, which would enhance our service to diverse customers
