Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Centerville, IA

Pay Rate: $17.08 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw goods and finished products as required.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• No prior manufacturing experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including continuous standing and frequent lifting.
• Must be able to pass a pre-placement background check.
