Adept HR is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a high-volume refrigerated food manufacturing facility. If you're OSHA certified and skilled in stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts, this is your chance to secure consistent hours and competitive pay!

🕒 Available Shifts (Mon–Fri):

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM → Production Area ($20/hr)

• 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM → Shipping Area ($21/hr)

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM → Production Area ($21/hr)

• 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM → Receiving Area ($20/hr)

• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM → Production Area ($21/hr)

⚠️ Start times may vary due to production demand

📆 Must be available for occasional Saturdays and overtime

Requirements

• Valid OSHA Forklift License
• Ability to operate stand-up reach & sit-down forklifts
• Must pass E-Verify
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (~40°F)
• Familiar with RF scanners & basic inventory handling
• Pass an on-site forklift skills test & interview
• Willing to work overtime
