Our client is seeking a Floor Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Floor Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator

Shift: 6:30am-5pm, M-T

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range:$19.00

What's the Job?

• Perform semi-complex work within the area of specialization.
• Apply documented rules and past practices to assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems.
• Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
• Utilize advanced skills in soldering, testing, and rework.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of successful experience in a related area.
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of a specialty area.
• Specialized skill training or certification may be required.
• Ability to work the required shift from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays as needed.
