Redlaands CDJR is Hiring an Experience Automotive Technician!

Redlands CDJR is looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician with dealership or manufacturer-level experience to join our professional service team. We prioritize technical excellence, a strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service.

Location: On Site — Redlands, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $40–$55/hr

What You’ll do

• Conduct Full Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, and testing across various vehicle systems.
• preform comprehensive maintenance and repairs
• maintain high standards of Vehicle Service
• Communicate effectively with Service advisors to keep customers informed.
• Preform Quality Repairs and ensure vehicles are repaired to Factory standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Safety- and service-oriented attitude
• Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy items as needed
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated with reliable work habits

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Familiarity with automotive parts and their functions
• A proven track record of high customer satisfaction ratings
• ASE certification(s) in specialized areas such as brakes, electrical systems, or engine performance (preferred)
